Refund Policy
Last updated: 10 October 2026
This page says how refunds work for Noter AI Premium.
1. Premium bought on the web
Payments for Premium are not refundable by default.
You can still ask. Write to support@noterai.net within 14 days of the payment, from the email address of your account, and tell us what happened. We look at each request case by case. A refund is likely when, for example, you paid by mistake, or a technical problem on our side kept you from using Premium. It is unlikely after heavy use.
You can cancel at any time to stop the next payment. You keep Premium until the end of the time you paid for.
2. Your rights under the law
Nothing on this page takes away rights that the law of your country gives you. Some countries give a buyer the right to cancel a purchase within a set number of days, for example 14 days in the European Union and the United Kingdom. Where such a right applies to you, it comes first.
3. Who pays the money back
Purchases on the web are sold by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. We look at the requests sent to us and ask Paddle to refund the ones we agree to. Paddle processes every refund, to the payment method you paid with, and can also decide a request under its own refund policy. You can ask Paddle directly too: use the link in your receipt, or go to paddle.net.
When a refund is made, Premium ends for that account.
4. Premium bought in the iPhone or Android app
Purchases made in the App Store or Google Play are sold by Apple or Google. Refunds for them follow the rules of those stores, and only Apple or Google can make them. We cannot refund these purchases.
