Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Noter AI is provided by NiceApps Dev (operated by Yousef Zuriqi, Kuwait) ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@noterai.net.

2. What these terms cover

Noter AI turns audio into notes: a transcript, a summary, and answers to your questions about it. These terms cover the web app. The full Noter AI Terms of Use cover the phone apps, the meeting bot and the website, and they apply to the web app too. Where this page says something different about buying on the web, this page applies.

By using the web app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

3. Your account

You sign in with Apple, with Google, or with the email account you made in the phone app. Your account is for you alone. Keep your sign-in details safe: you are responsible for what happens under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, people under 16 need the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Free and Premium

Some features are free, with limits (for example the length of a note and the number of notes a day). The limits are shown in the app and can change. Premium removes or raises these limits. The Pricing page shows the plans and prices.

5. Recording other people

You are responsible for having the right to record, and for getting the consent the law requires from every person you record. Many places require the consent of everyone in the conversation.

6. Results made by AI

Transcripts, summaries, translations and chat answers are made automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before you rely on them. They are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

7. Your content

Your recordings and notes stay yours. We store and process them only to give you the service. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to train AI models. The Privacy Notice explains what we process and who helps us do it.

8. What you must not do

Do not use Noter AI:

• for anything illegal, or to record or keep content you have no right to
• to get around limits, plan checks or security, or with bots and scripts
• to overload or harm the service, or to copy or resell it

9. Buying Premium on the web

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

This means Paddle takes your payment, adds any tax that applies in your country, and sends your receipt. We never see your card details.

Premium is a subscription. It renews by itself at the end of each month or year, at the price shown when you bought, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time: use the link in your Paddle receipt, or write to us. After you cancel you keep Premium until the end of the time you paid for.

If we change a price, we tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

10. Premium bought in the phone apps

If you bought Premium in the iPhone or Android app, the App Store or Google Play is the seller. Your Premium works on the web with the same account. You manage, cancel and ask for refunds for that subscription in the App Store or Google Play, not here.

11. Refunds

Payments are not refundable by default. You can ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment, and we look at each request case by case. The Refund policy says how. Rights that the law gives you are not affected.

12. Changes and ending

We may change or stop features, and we may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app or by email. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

You can stop using Noter AI at any time. You can delete your account in the phone app, or ask us at support@noterai.net. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it first.

13. Liability and law

The service is provided "as is". The limits of our liability, the governing law and how disputes are handled are set out in the full Noter AI Terms of Use. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law of your country gives you as a consumer.
